Here's what I want to say. Nowadays , I always hear people saying thing and quotes like this :

"Ugh !! What a disaster weekend !''

"I can't be alive anymore X_X "

"I can't get through all this difficulty in life !''

And I try to think ! why? Why human always complain about this and that. why ? (And.. I'm not exceptional.) This stupid things will make our earth dark , without smile and everyone will be stress ,

 NO HAPPINESS .

Actually there's no disaster , there's no stress , there is just human that can't overcome their problem. I mean , normal human like us. It's just US who will have to get out from the bad mind set , and settle things up !
Search for a solution , not going to people and say

You're the one who cause this ! 

If you didn't do BLABLA , this thing wouldn't happen!

So , What we have to do ?

Firstly , 1. Take a deep breath. Breath in .. breath out ! HAH !

Secondly , 2. Seek help from .. WHO ? You friends ? Parents ? Yes ! You can ask help from those people , but the first one you have to seek guidance is from the Almighty God. He's the only one that can help you.

Thirdly , Try to solve your problem. Don't think about what will do ! 'Arghh !! I haven't finish my work ! The teacher will kill me'  BUT , think about what you can do to solve the problem

Kekuatan dalaman seseorg dapat dinilai melihat pada cara dia menghadapi masalah-masalahnya.

"Di saat ditimpa ujian , Allah tidak menyuruh kita mencari penyelesaian sehingga penat, Allah cuma menyuruh kita sabar dan solat"
